Even then, he showcased a natural talent for process improvement, constantly seeking ways to increase efficiency. Whether coordinating roof truss deliveries or streamlining workflows, Chandler embraced the philosophy of "working smarter, not harder," a mindset that has guided his career ever since.

Squires began his career in an unexpected but highly analytical field—writing code scripts to analyze F-16 flight data. This role honed his ability to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights. These experiences shaped Squires’ unique approach in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) industry, where his analytical expertise allows him to assess client and project data to make informed, strategic decisions that drive success.

With over eight years of experience in the EPCM industry, Squires has earned a reputation for delivering innovative solutions on large-scale projects, from concept to start-up. As a licensed professional engineer, he has designed systems ranging from small-scale facility renovations to complex international facilities. His combined expertise in engineering design and construction support enables a holistic, value-driven approach to decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
